Technical performance characteristics

ZX660E carton case packing machine adopts Inovance brand motion controller and servo motor , the machine design with reasonable processing fine, adopts domestic and foreign famous brand components, with convenient and reliable configuration, mature and stable performance, wide applicability; The whole machine is composed of case opening parts, manipulator parts, material feeding parts and box sealing parts, the case packing section is controlled by manipulator module;
1）The whole machine has compact structure, the material feeding can be configured according to the production , to meet the different needs of customers, the equipment has the characteristics of simple structure, stable and reliable, easy maintenance and so on ;
2）The equipment has automatic and accurate box feeding, automatic alarm or stop in case of missing box;
3) When the equipment breaks down, the material will stop conveying automatically, which is convenient for the staff to solve the problem; The mechanical mechanism of the equipment has overload protection function and stops the machine, In case of overload protection of the equipment, after manual overload mechanism reset, the button reset shall automatically restore the phase of the servo control system (return to origin slowly);

5）Each cylinder action can be set in the touch screen ,both manual and automatic selection function;
6）All action parts shall be marked with safety protection;
7）The control circuit shall adopt multi-core x1.5mm2 or above cable, the signal circuit shall adopt non-connector multi-core x0.75mm2 or above shielded cable, the operating screen shall be set on the same plane as the safety door on the operating side, and the electric control cabinet shall be fixed on the main machine, with reasonable wiring and convenient maintenance.
8）When replace the tape, the machine needs to be stopped and replaced manually;
