DRK101 tensile strength tester is designed and manufactured according to national standard ,it applies the modern mechanical design concept and the design principle of ergonomics and uses advanced microcomputer processing technology. DRK101 is new generation of tensile strength tester with new design ,easy-to-operate, advanced performance and beautiful appearance features.

Product Features

1. Transmission mechanism adopts ball screw technology, stable and accurate transmission; imported servo motor, low noise and accurate control.

2. There are two software controlled system, one is touch screen, with 8 inch display, english language menu. Real-time display of time, load tension. The other one is computer controlled system, which has the newest software and real-time display of anti-tension curve function ; the instrument has powerful data display and analysis, management capabilities.

3. Applies modular type printer which is easy to install and has low fault; thermal printer.

4. Direct measuring result: after one group of experiment is finished, the result is shown and the report is printed directly including mean, standard deviation and coefficient of variation.

5. High degree of automation: the instrument applies advanced accessories domestic and abroad .Microcomputer operates information sensing, data processing and motion control, has features of automatic reset, data memory, overload protection and fault self diagnosis.

6. Multi function, flexible configuration: the instrument is mainly used to measure the plastic films. If users change the configuration , the instruments can also be used to measure other materials such as paper, chemical fiber, metal wire, metal foil. Also it can be applies in measuring film resistance, tensile strength, elongation, breaking length, tensile energy absorption, tensile index, anti-tension energy absorption index, compression and other results. Especially can measure micro values.
